EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY

Every piece at Base Studio is handmade, with care and attention to every detail.

Necklaces, bracelets, rings, and other pieces:
You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Earrings:
As earrings are a personal-use item, for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the piece has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.

How to request it:
Email us at shop.basestudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, letting us know the reason and including your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit with no expiration date for the value of the item, to use on your next purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Base Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
